Tips for Healthy Glowing Hair

Healthy Shining Hair resembles a healthy Human being. Hair are an integral part of our Body. They plays an important role in enhancing beauty of a person. Now days people are very aware about their Skin & hair. Its a need in today's lifestyle.

Beauty comes from within. We should be healthy Internally for a good Skin & Hair.

Tension can make your life Hell. It results in hair fall, dark circle under eyes, dandruff, dull skin, whitening of Hair before time. So, kick tension & depression from your life & live a healthy life with positive attitude.

Here are few Tips that can be followed for great shining hair.
  • Wash your hair twice or thrice a week, according to need of season.
  • Washing hair regularly helps in opening the pores & removing dirt, which further converts into dandruff.
  • Use Herbals products for washing or conditioning your hair. Herbal product have no harmful chemicals in them.
  • Apply henna to condition your hair, also add fresh curd, egg, half lemon juice to you Henna Pack. this will give a good texture & will result in soft & shining hair.
  • For dandruff, massage your skull & hair with luke warm coconut oil mixed with lemon juice, wash after 1 hour.
  • You can also apply mixture of curd & egg. apply this paste for 1 or 2 hr & then wash with luke warm water, your hair will become soft, glowing & healthy.
  • Cover your hair in wind & under hot sun, they makes them dry & rough.
  • Oil your hair once a week.
  • Eat a balanced diet with lots & lots of Green vegetables, Salads, fruits & fresh juices.
  • Drink plenty of water, this help in throwing waste out of the body, helps in Digestion.
  • Take a good Sleep. Sleep at least 7 to 8 hrs. daily.
  • Don't use very hot water for washing even in winters, this make them dry.
  • Avoid using hair driers to dry your hair.
